Structural Warranty & Condition Surveys

All our surveyors are Chartered with either RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) or CABE (Chartered Association of Building Engineers). These professional bodies require evidence that the surveyors are correctly skilled, knowledgeable and perform to a code of conduct that we at Survey 7 seek to uphold.

SAP

All our assessors are both qualified Chartered surveyors and qualified OCDEA & DEA assessors. This ensures they have good working knowledge of construction, the processes of the build and the energy requirements and general Building Regulations required to all areas of the works.

OCDEA (On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor) is the qualification required to undertake assessments for New Build & Excess Glazing calculations). DEA (Domestic Energy Assessors) is the qualification required to undertake assessment for Existing Dwellings.
